Is Kanye West set to face a lawsuit yet again? Kanye West was recently faced with full action lawsuits based on shady actions from his Sunday church services. Kanye’s sudden pursuit of divorce from Kim Kardashian is not the only legal trouble the rapper and designer is facing.

The lawsuits surfaced in Los Angeles last year and were brought up from hundreds of performers and production staff who reported long delays in their payments as well as random cuts in pay and had mass mistreatment on the job.

The first of the two lawsuits was filed for the 500 performers, who claimed that they were supposedly forced to work for two days with no meals or breaks. Michael Pearson, one of the performers representing the group of people in the lawsuit, said that they were told they would be paid $500 no matter how much time they worked.

Pearson alleged that the performers were not allowed to take food or bathroom breaks and were forced to stand for the entirety of his all-day shift as well as having to walk home because a shuttle wasn't provided.

Another complaint surfaced from people involved in Kanye's adaptation of the 2019 opera "Nebuchadnezzar," over similar charges with late payments and the ignorant denial of meal and bathroom breaks. Pearson also discussed how participating actors were forced to sit on the floor because there was not enough seating provided. Actors also had to walk back from the venue because they were not told that their transportation to the location was only a one-way transport.

Pearson and the other performers are suing for many things, including overtime compensation, no meal or rest breaks, lost pay wages, and the overall lack of legal action and representation.

The Daily Mail openly reports another lawsuit related to Kanye's Sunday Services was filed by the tech company MyChannel Inc. In that lawsuit, workers for the company have reported that they were never paid for their six months of work and were treated poorly in the process. Kanye could end up paying some $30 million in damages as his lawsuits progress because of everything he has done.
