As Elon Musk has entered the public's eye more and more over the years, the collection of interesting decisions and questionable statements have made him a divisive figure.

Mr. Musk purchased the website formerly known as Twitter last year, and has since used his power as owner to force users to see his polarizing opinions at the top of every X feed. Truly a man-child move, but one we have been forced to deal with, with TruthSocial being the main  alternative.

Aside from his socially questionable actions, Elon has also continued his support of the Republican party, which is not an issue on its own, but has promised to use his influence to get votes for Donald J. Trump in the 2024 election.

His degradation as a person can be noted by his increasingly controversial statements on a variety of topics.

In addition to the new political aspect to his online persona, he has stated that his transgender daughter was killed by the, “woke mind virus” in a statement made to Dr. Jordan Peterson in a Daily Wire interview.

Regardless of where you stand on the political spectrum, it’s clear how Mr. Musk handles being in the limelight is terrible. Instead of using his massive reach and power to bring good to the world, he makes statements that divide his audience and hurt his own businesses. It is obvious that Mr. Musk favors the Republican party very heavily, and many of its diehard followers are happy to have Elon on their side.

Outside of his political views, and interesting thoughts on why most of his family has zero contact with him, there are many rumors about his life apart from his business world.

Recently, it has come to light that he uses ketamine to treat his depression. This being public knowledge is an invasion of his privacy even though he leaked it himself, yet the fact that he is regularly using one of the strongest psychedelics is still factual.

When asked about this in an interview with CNN reporter Don Lemon, Musk was quoted saying, “[He doesn’t] know how to smoke pot” but also that he gets the drug from, “an actual, real doctor”.

In short, stop paying attention to the guy. He has proven time and time again that he is the worst kind of celebrity, feeding off of the spotlight and when he’s not in it he spirals.
